Here are ten additional former PSA members which we are seeking information about from family, friends, art dealers, and the collecting public (information includes photographs of artwork and the artist):
SUSAN CONNELL She is a 1963 graduate of Colorado Women’s
College, where she received a BA degree, and a 1965 graduate of the Claremont
Graduate School, where she studied under Phil Dike and Paul Darrow and received
an MFA degree. She has taught studio classes and art history at schools and in
private classes. We need additional
biographical information, photographs of the artist, and photographs of her
work, preferably against a white or neutral background.
HERB CONRAD Principally a sculptor, we need additional
biographical information, photographs of the artist, and photographs of his
work, preferably against a white or neutral background.
PAT COX We are
looking for photographs of the artist, and photographs of her work.
BRENETTA HERMAN
CRAWFORD A pointillist, she produced miniatures, landscapes, and portraits. Was active in Ohio and California. Died in 1956.
We need additional biographical
information, photographs of the artist, and photographs of her work.
MAUD DAGGETT Principally a sculptor, Maud died in
1941. We are particularly looking for
photographs of the artist, and photographs of her work, preferably against a
white or neutral background.
JACK DALTON Lived
from 1921 to 2002. Taught art in Southern California. We
need additional biographical information, photographs of the artist, and
photographs of his work,
GWENDA DAVIES We need additional biographical
information, photographs of the artist, and photographs of her work.
CHRISTOPHER “KIT”
DAVIS Principally a sculptor living
and working in Altadena, we need additional biographical information,
photographs of the artist, and photographs of his work, preferably against a
white or neutral background.
ROBERT DAWE Received
his MFA from San Jose State. As a
painter, was most active in the 1970s. We
need additional biographical information, photographs of the artist, and
photographs of his work.
BEULAH DEMANTY Beulah W. DeManty was born in California
on March 6, 1912. Mrs. Demanty was a long-time resident of Lindsay, California
and was a registered nurse who painted on the side. She was the past president
of the Tulare County Art League. She died on January 17, 2002. . We
need additional biographical information, photographs of the artist, and
photographs of her work.
